Mbweni Ruins Hotel Crab dish specially created by Head Chef Judith

 

Recently our Head Chef Judith had the honour to serve a crab dish specially created for the occasion to the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall

 

Judith prepared the dish at Mbweni and took it in to the House of Wonders, where she met the British Royalty at a special exhibition.

 

Judith was very proud to meet both HRH the Prince of Wales and HRH the Duchess of Cornwall.

 

We provide a full English breakfast prepared before your eyes, combined with a buffet of island fruits,
yoghurt and cereals, freshly-squeezed fruit juices and a selection of herbal teas.

The Mangrove Bar perches over the ocean, perfect for that evening drink while you watch the sunset!
Or the older Sundowner Bar (rhs) next to the Raintree Restaurant, offers a comfortable and shady venue for meeting friends.

The Mangrove bar has three levels, the lower deck is a pleasantplace for enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of tea.

We often set up tables on the beach for a romantic barbecue.
