Cancellation charges:
Over 30 days notice: 30% of the total cost will be charged
Between 30 days and 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total cost will be charged
Between 7 days and 48 hrs notice: 75% of the total cost will be charged
Less than 48 hrs notice: 100% will be charged
